Whether your product is unwanted, damaged on delivery, or faulty, we make sure you are protected with fair solutions that include refunds, replacements, or repairs.
This page explains how to return products purchased from ClickCon ICT, how refunds are processed, and what items are not eligible for return. By following these guidelines, you can shop online with confidence knowing that your purchase is backed by our customer-first policy.
ClickCon ICT Refund & Returns Policy
This policy forms part of our General Terms & Conditions. Nothing in this policy limits your legal consumer rights.
- Preparing Products for Return
To make sure your return is processed quickly, please:
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
- Clearly mark your return reference number on the parcel.
- Include all accessories, parts, manuals, and original invoice.
Failure to follow these steps may delay or prevent your refund/exchange.
- Unwanted or Incorrect Purchases
You may return a product within 15 days of delivery if:
- It is unopened, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with labels intact.
- It includes all accessories and parts.
- You provide your proof of purchase or log the return on our website.
After 30 days, only defective products can be returned.
Refund or Exchange Options:
- Refunds are processed within 10–20 working days once the product is inspected.
- You may exchange the product for one of equal value.
- If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll pay the difference. If it’s cheaper, you’ll receive a voucher for the balance.
- If the packaging is opened, damaged, or tampered with, a handling fee of up to 20% may apply.
Exclusions (not returnable):
- Software, software subscriptions, electronic downloads, gift cards, vouchers.
- In-ear products (e.g., earphones, AirPods) unless faulty.
- Products purchased second-hand or pre-owned.
- Products returned due to compatibility issues (please check compatibility before purchase).
Should you want us to collect your return,a R250 collection fee will apply for online purchases.
- Products Damaged on Delivery
If your product arrives damaged or with missing parts:
- Please notify us within 2 days of delivery.
- We will arrange free collection and either repair, replace, or refund your purchase once inspected.
- Faulty or Defective Products
If your product is faulty:
- Report it as soon as possible (within 1 month of delivery).
- We will collect the product at no charge.
- Once inspected, we’ll repair, replace, or refund you.
Note: Manufacturer warranties apply in addition to your statutory rights. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
The following are not considered defects:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage from misuse, negligence, or poor care.
- Damage from power surges, corrosion, or unauthorized modifications.
- If the product matches its description but does not meet your personal preference.
- Refunds and Bank Fees
- Refunds are processed via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or card reversal where possible.
- Refunds take 10–20 working days to reflect in your account after the return has been inspected and approved.
- If you paid with a gift card, your refund will be issued as a new gift card (cash refunds are not possible for gift card payments).
- To process EFT refunds, we may request a copy of your ID and proof of payment for verification.
Bank Transaction Fees
- All refunds are subject to bank transaction fees.
- A 7.5% bank transaction fee may be deducted from the refund amount, depending on the payment method used.
- ClickCon ICT is not responsible for additional charges such as bank processing fees, interest, or taxes applied by your bank.
